Renovation of a commercial premises at Czerniakowska Street 205 for the operation of a day care home for seniors by CPS Planned renovation of the premises with an area of 67.19 m2 for the operation of a day care home for seniors does not include structural elements, only the interior of the premises. As part of the investment, it is planned to demolish partition walls and construct new ones, including, in particular, the construction of a bathroom for persons with disabilities and renovation works on walls, ceilings, and floors. The investment also includes the renovation of the central heating installation, the water and sewage installation, and the electrical installation within the premises. It is also planned to install an air-conditioning system and a mechanical ventilation system. The designed ventilation and air-conditioning installations are based on solutions enabling the installation of all devices within the premises. All works must be carried out on the basis of design documentation and a building permit. The works do not include: construction of a ramp, renovation of the entrance steps, and equipment.
