TENDER DESCRIPTION

Reconstruction – modernisation of the community centre building in Omule 5.1. The subject of the contract is construction works. 5.2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 45216100-5 Construction works relating to the construction of public order or rescue service buildings. 5.3. The scope of the contract includes: 5.3.1. Demolition works; 5.3.2. Construction works; 5.3.3. Strengthening of the structure; 5.3.4. Execution of insulation and a suspended ceiling; 5.3.5. Execution of floors and screeds; 5.3.6. Finishing of walls; 5.3.7. Painting of the façade; 5.3.8. Installation of electrical systems. 5.4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the bills of quantities and the design documentation constituting annexes to this SWZ. 5.5. The materials necessary to perform the subject of the contract are provided by the Contractor. 5.6. All works covered by the contract must be carried out in accordance with the applicable standards, design documentation, issued permits/notifications for construction, as well as with the technical requirements for the respective types of works specified in the bills of quantities.
