TENDER DESCRIPTION

Reconstruction of the bridge over the Wolbórka River in the town of Wolbórz along the district road No 1913E, including approaches. 1. The subject matter of the contract is the preparation of complete design and cost estimate documentation (also referred to as design documentation), together with all arrangements/consolidations and obtaining a decision on the building permit for a bridge structure over the Wolbórka River in the locality of Wolbórz, Wolbórz municipality (gm. Wolbórz), Piotrków County (pow. piotrkowski), Łódzkie Voivodeship (woj. łódzkie), along the district road No 1913E at km 47+874. 2. As part of the subject matter of the contract, the following must be carried out: - obtain maps for design purposes at a scale of 1:500; - develop a construction design (PZT, engineering design, execution design), which will include drawings and descriptions of the technology for performing the repair of the bridge structure; - develop a design for permanent traffic organization along with its approval; - develop a bill of quantities and an investor’s cost estimate; - obtain arrangements and opinions that will constitute a basis for obtaining the decision on the building permit; -…
