Reconstruction of the road surface at ul. Czerwionki in Czerwona Woda, plot no. 2210/1 The subject of the contract is to carry out the project entitled: “Reconstruction of the road surface at ul. Czerwionki in Czerwona Woda, plot no. 2210/1”. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Appendix No 10 to the SWZ. It consists of the following documents: 1) construction design, 2) technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB), 3) bill of quantities. As the contractor’s remuneration indicated in the tender will be in the form of a lump sum, when pricing the tender the contractor should base its quotation on the scope specified in the design documentation referred to in point 1) and in the STWiORB, as well as in the description of the subject of the contract included in this SWZ. The bill of quantities is for reference only. Occurrence during the performance of the contract of works not included in the bill of quantities, or of works in greater quantities than those assumed in the bill of quantities, will not entitle the contractor to request additional remuneration — if those works were included in the design…
