The subject of the contract consists of construction works titled: Reconstruction of a small-scale architecture structure in a public place - Playground in Przytkowice. The scope of the contract includes, among other things: - demolition of existing playground ground devices; - demolition of worn safety surfacing; - installation of new polyurethane surfacing together with subbase layers; - installation of play equipment - equipment. 2. Location: the playground at the Zespół Szkół nr 3 (School Complex No. 3) in Przytkowice, Przytkowice 542, 34-141 Przytkowice, plot numbers: 1195/3, 1193/2 Przytkowice, Małopolskie Voivodeship, Wadowice County. 3. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided by: design documentation, bill of quantities, technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of works, and provisions included in the designed provisions of the contract, which constitute appendices to the SWZ.
