Reconstruction of the wastewater treatment plant in Sobótka - II procurement procedure Name of the investment project: “RECONSTRUCTION OF THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IN SOBÓTKA”. I. PURPOSE OF THE PLANNED INVESTMENTThe primary objective of the investment is to achieve parameters of treated wastewater in accordance with the requirements of Council Directive 91/271/EEC on the treatment of urban wastewater and with the provisions of Polish law, by reconstructing and expanding the wastewater treatment plant in Sobótka.The project is consistent with the objectives of the Programme “European Funds for Lower Silesia” FEDŚ 2021-2027 under the “Wastewater Management – ZIT” action. The implementation of the project fits into the specific objective of the priority programme: EFRR/FS.CP2.V – Supporting access to water and sustainable water management.
