Reconstruction of the section of ul. Poniatowskiego in Iłowa along provincial road no. 2705F 5.1. The subject matter of the procedure for awarding a public contract is “Reconstruction of the section of ul. Poniatowskiego in Iłowa along provincial road no. 2705F”. 5.2. The detailed scope of works is determined in particular by: TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION, BILL OF QUANTITIES; TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PERFORMANCE AND ACCEPTANCE OF WORKS. 5.3. Under the contract, the Contractor shall be required to prepare and agree the Design of temporary traffic organization. 5.4. The subject of the contract includes the performance of all works and activities necessary to properly carry out the subject contract within the scope specified in particular in the construction design, the technical specification for the performance and acceptance of works, and in the bill of quantities (the bill of quantities should be treated as an auxiliary element). 5.5.
