Conversion of basements into storage rooms for storing archival materials at the State Archive in Olsztyn The subject matter of the contract is the conversion of basements into storage rooms for storing archival materials at the State Archive in Olsztyn. The scope of work includes: 1) Construction finishing works: • Demolition and preparatory works: demolition of existing structural and non-structural elements in accordance with the design, demolition of floors in storage rooms, removal and disposal of rubble. Dismantling of metalwork. Making openings for shaft risers. • Masonry works: filling in openings, erecting new partition walls. • Floor construction: strengthening the ground floor to adapt it to transferring loads from sliding racks. • Plastering and cladding works: making traditional plaster and gypsum plaster. • Floor finishing: laying a floor covering of gres tiles with anti-slip parameters and resistance to high loads. • Painting works: double painting of walls and ceilings with washable paints (washable). • Joinery and building metalwork: supply and installation of steel joinery. • Insulation: performing the necessary thermal and acoustic insulation of storage rooms.…
