Reconstruction of administrative rooms and the stairwell in the main building of the Karol Lipiński Music Academy in Wrocław. 1. The subject of the contract is to carry out the task entitled: “Reconstruction of administrative rooms and the stairwell in the main building of the Karol Lipiński Music Academy in Wrocław”. 2. The scope of the contract includes exclusively construction works carried out in the General Office rooms No. 022A and 023A and within the scope indicated in the OPZ on the stairwell of the building “A”, located at pl. Jana Pawła II No. 2 in Wrocław. NOTE: Works planned in the design documentation in the rooms of the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Instrumental Studies are not the subject of this contract and are not subject to pricing. If the design documentation includes solutions also relating to the Dean’s Office, in that scope it has solely an informational character.
