CONSTRUCTION/RENOVATION OF PREMISES IN BUILDING NO. 16 INTO AN ARCHIVES STORAGE FACILITY, TOGETHER WITH THE DELIVERY OF EQUIPMENT UNDER THE “DESIGN AND BUILD” SYSTEM The subject of the contract is a construction work consisting of the adaptation/construction of premises in building no. 16 into an archives storage facility, together with the supply of equipment under the “DESIGN AND BUILD” system, in accordance with the description contained in Section III of the SWZ, the contract template in Section IV of the SWZ and the annexes to the SWZ, including the functional and utility programme. As part of the construction works, the Contractor is required to carry out construction works on the basis of design documentation prepared by the Contractor. The Contractor shall also supply the archives storage facility equipment in the form of sliding racks.
