TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conversion of rooms into a new headquarters for the Tourist Information Centre at ul. Słowiańska 1. The subject of the contract “Conversion of rooms into a new headquarters for the Tourist Information Centre at ul. Słowiańska” in accordance with the scope and provisions resulting from this SWZ along with its annexes shall be construction works in a multi-family building at ul. Słowiańska 1 in Leszno, consisting in the conversion and renovation arising from the following design documentation: 1.1. “Adaptation of premises of a service premises unit for the Tourist Information Centre”; 1.2. “Facade renovation” as part of the task “Adaptation of premises of a service premises unit for the Tourist Information Centre”; and from the following provisions in Section 3 of the SWZ. The building is located within the boundaries of the City of Leszno’s urban development assumptions entered in the register of monuments on the basis of a final decision of the Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments dated 20.08.1985 r. under register number 975/A.
