Renovation of rooms at the Social Assistance Home in Skrzynna for a day room - a community room 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works as part of the project entitled “Renovation of rooms at the Social Assistance Home in Skrzynna for a day room – a community room”. The scope of the contract includes in particular: 1) works related to the roof in part of building no. 1 (attic portion, slopes and ceilings), including in particular thermal insulation of the roof with mineral wool, installation of linings made of gypsum plasterboard panels with a fire resistance class in accordance with the design documentation; 2) demolition and masonry works; 3) sanitary works; 4) electrical works; 5) construction and finishing works, in particular the execution of partition walls and enclosures of structural elements made of gypsum plasterboard panels with a fire resistance class in accordance with the design documentation, as well as the execution of floors. 2.
