“Reconstruction through thermal modernization of the Primary School building named after Pope John Paul II in Tuszyn” as part of the task – “Modernization of public utility buildings within the Dzierżoniów Agglomeration” The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works consisting in carrying out the task entitled: “Reconstruction through thermal modernization of the Primary School building named after Pope John Paul II in Tuszyn” as part of the task – “Modernization of public utility buildings within the Dzierżoniów Agglomeration”.1. The detailed description of the subject of the contract, the description of the requirements of the Contracting Authority regarding performance and acceptance specifies:1) Description of the subject of the contract – Part III of the SWZ, which includes technical documentation (Site development plan, Bill of quantities, STWiOR, permanent and temporary traffic organization) 2) Draft contractual provisions for a public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract – constitute Part II of the SWZ – draft agreement.
