„Reconstruction of the fire station for the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Kaczorów” The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works, the scope of which includes the rebuilding and improvement of the functional capacity of the Volunteer Fire Brigade (OSP) fire station building in Kaczorów, located on plot no. 348/1 in the Kaczorów cadastral district, which was damaged as a result of the flood in September 2024. The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of the facility in order to remove the effects of the flood event and to increase the resilience of the infrastructure to future threats associated with climate change. The implementation of the project includes comprehensive construction works arising from the technical documentation and the investor’s cost estimate, necessary to restore the facility’s functionality and improve its technical parameters, in particular: • uncovering foundation walls • installation of dimpled sheet (kubełkowa) • execution of perimeter drainage • installation of collection wells • repairs of external walls • thermal insulation of external walls (polystyrene, thickness 10 cm) • laying thin-layer plaster • dismantling roofing…
