TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled: “Reconstruction, expansion and equipping of the Psychiatric Clinics of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Łódź” in the “design” formula. 2. The task is carried out under agreement no.: UMOWA nr DOI/FM/SIS/PSYCH/2026/305/51 for the awarding of specific-purpose grants to co-finance1 the implementation of the investment program entitled: “Reconstruction, expansion and equipping of the Psychiatric Clinics of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Łódź”. 3. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation and the performance of the contract, which is carried out in the “design and build” formula, concerning the reconstruction and expansion of the existing Psychiatry Clinic building — Building B1 at 8/10 Czechosłowacka Street. 3.1. Task 1: expansion of the B-1 CSK building in Łódź for the needs of psychiatry.
