1. The subject of the procedure and contract is the reconstruction, extension, and change of use of the former vinegar factory building for the purposes of the Regional Museum in Leszno with accompanying infrastructure on the site located in Leszno at Aleje Jana Pawła II No. 13 (plots No. 331 and 328/2) under the name "Reconstruction, extension and change of use of the former vinegar factory property into the seat of the Regional Museum in Leszno". 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Annexes A and B to the Terms of Reference (ToR). The contracting authority informs that Annex B to the ToR contains confidential information. Annex B to the ToR will not be made available on the website of the public procurement procedure.
