1. The subject of the procedure and the contract is the reconstruction, expansion and change of use of the building of the former octownia for the purposes of the Regional Museum in Leszno, together with the accompanying infrastructure, on land located in Leszno at Aleje Jana Pawła II No 13 (plots No 331 and 328/2), under the name “Reconstruction, expansion and change of use of the former octownia property into the headquarters of the Regional Museum in Leszno”. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Annexes A and B to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority informs that Annex B to the SWZ contains confidential information. Annex B to the SWZ will not be made available on the website of the public procurement procedure conducted.
