Reconstruction of the lift shaft and installation of a new passenger lift in the building of the Municipal Centre for Homeless and Addicted Persons at ul. Popiełuszki 18 in Opole. 1. The subject of the contract is: Reconstruction of the lift shaft and installation of a new passenger lift in the building of the Municipal Centre for Homeless and Addicted Persons at ul. Popiełuszki 18 in Opole. 2. The scope of the contract includes Phase II of the works comprising the reconstruction of the lift shaft together with the machine room, including in particular works involving: a) dismantling the passenger lift from 1978 along with electrical installations to the main power cut-off switch for the lift; b) installing a factory-new passenger lift (electric rope – hospital lift with parameters indicated in the design documentation) in the existing lift shaft using the existing machine room; c) carrying out the necessary construction works resulting from the type of equipment. 3.
