The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of the power supply system of the RGW switchboard, including adaptation of protective devices and associated infrastructure to the designed load at the “Pro-Medica” Hospital in Ełk, Sp. z o.o.” at ul. Baranki 24 in Ełk, on the basis of the executive design, which is Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ. 2. The description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constitutes Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ – the executive design. 3. The bill of quantities for works, which is of an auxiliary nature only, constitutes Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ.
