TENDER DESCRIPTION

Reconstruction of ul. 1 Maja along the section from the junction with Aleja Bohaterów Monte Cassino on the north side, including connecting sections and a fragment of the sidewalk in Częstochowa The subject of the contract is to carry out construction works including, among others: 1. demolition works and milling of the existing pavement; 2. construction of kerbs and edging; 3. reconstruction of sidewalks; 4. reconstruction of a bus bay; 5. construction of a new wearing course from a mineral-asphalt mixture; 6. reinstatement works and connection to the existing road layout; 7. elevation adjustment of existing utility networks located in the area; 8. reinstatement of horizontal road markings; 9. site clearing and arrangement of greenery areas together with a two-year warranty-maintenance care. A detailed description is included in Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority requires the provision of a minimum warranty and liability period of 60 months and a maximum of 120 months for the subject of the contract.
