Reconstruction of Bolesław Chrobrego Street in Świdnica 5.1 SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT: 1. The subject of the contract is the “Reconstruction of Bolesław Chrobrego Street in Świdnica” (hereinafter: the Contract) – a municipal road no. 111835D, on plot numbers 679, 3262, 3240, 488, cadastral unit 0004 Śródmieście. 2. The contract consists in the reconstruction of a road with a total length of 151 m along with the construction of a stormwater drainage (rainwater) sewer network and street lighting. 3. The subject of the contract will be carried out within the area of the historical urban layout – the historical city centre, entered in the register of monuments by a decision of 27.12.1957 r. under number 470. The Contractor, during the performance of earthworks, is obliged: 1) to notify the Voivodeship Heritage Conservator (hereinafter: WKZ) in Wrocław of the start and end dates of the works indicated in the Decision, referred to in Section 6, points 1)-2) below, 2) to ensure, at its own expense and by its own means, that an authorised archaeologist carries out archaeological surveys, based on an agreed archaeological survey programme, which will supervise the earthworks covered by the…
