Reconstruction of ul. Glinianej in Brwinów, section from DW 720 to ul. Suwalskiej 1. The subject of the contract includes the reconstruction of ul. Glinianej in Brwinów, section from DW 720 to ul. Suwalskiej. 2. The subject of the contract must be carried out in accordance with the documentation, industry standards, and conclusions resulting from the inspections and on-site inventory carried out. The completed construction works are to be carried out in accordance with the scope of the subject of the contract and include performing all works in accordance with the above-mentioned construction documentation constituting Appendix No 5 to the SWZ and on the basis of the Contractor’s own inspections carried out on site. 3. The Contracting Authority does not require the Contractor to hold a site visit or to have the Contractor verify the documents necessary to perform the contract that are available at the Contracting Authority’s premises. 4. For the completed works, the Contractor grants a 60-month warranty for defects, counted from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol for the works.
