TENDER DESCRIPTION

Reconstruction of Lipowa and Bukowa streets in Łask 1) The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works as part of the investment project entitled “Reconstruction of Lipowa and Bukowa streets in Łask” – I/2160016/2025, consisting in the reconstruction of Lipowa and Bukowa streets in the town of Łask, including the construction of a one-sided sidewalk, individual and public driveways, and the replacement of existing kerbs on both sides of the asphalt carriageway. The investment is intended to improve safety conditions for road and pedestrian traffic, to adapt the existing traffic layout to contemporary standards, and to organise the development of the road verge. The undertaking covers plot no. ewid. 314 (ul. Lipowa) and 322 (ul. Bukowa), the cadastral district 0001, the town of Łask. 2) As part of the subject matter of the contract, the following works/actions are envisaged: a) site preparation for construction, b) performance of the necessary earthworks and demolition works, c) construction of a one-sided sidewalk made of concrete paving blocks, d) construction and reconstruction of individual and public driveways, e) replacement of concrete kerbs on both sides…
