“Reconstruction of ul. Szkolna No. 116949D in the locality of Mościsko in the Dzierżoniów commune” The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works consisting in carrying out the task entitled: “Reconstruction of ul. Szkolna No. 116949D in the locality of Mościsko in the Dzierżoniów commune”. 1. The detailed description of the subject of the contract and the description of the contracting authority’s requirements regarding performance and acceptance shall be specified in: 1) Description of the subject of the contract — Part III of the SWZ, which consists of technical documentation (Land development plan, Bill of quantities, STWiOR, permanent and temporary traffic organisation) 2) Draft provisions of the agreement for the public procurement that will be incorporated into the public procurement agreement — they constitute Part II of the SWZ — the draft agreement.
