TENDER DESCRIPTION

Reconstruction of Lipowa Street along the section from Browarna Street to Dobra Street within the Śródmieście district of the Capital City of Warsaw 1. The subject of the contract is to carry out the reconstruction of Lipowa Street along the section from Browarna Street to Dobra Street within the Śródmieście district of the Capital City of Warsaw. 2. The description of the subject matter of the contract is specified in the following documents: 1) Draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No 1 to the SWZ, 2) Bill of quantities for informational and auxiliary purposes, constituting Annex No 2 to the SWZ, 3) Design documentation, constituting Annex No 3 to the SWZ, 4) Technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of works, constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ. The Contractor is obliged, no later than on the day of concluding the contract, to deliver an offer cost estimate of the works prepared using the simplified method on the basis of the provided bill of quantities, constituting an auxiliary material for the implementation of the subject of the contract — in accordance with § 4(1)(3) of the contract.
