TENDER DESCRIPTION

Interior refurbishment of the building at ul. Marszałkowska 18 in Drezdenko as part of the project “Establishment of the Drezdenecko Social Services Centre for Everyone” 1. The subject of the contract is construction works consisting in the refurbishment of the interior of the building at ul. Marszałkowska 18 in Drezdenko under the “design and build” system. 2. The scope of the contract includes: 1) preparation of construction and executive design documentation for the refurbishment of the interior of the building at ul. Marszałkowska 18 in Drezdenko, together with obtaining a building permit; 2) performance, on the basis of the prepared design documentation and the technical specifications, of the execution and acceptance of refurbishment works for the building at ul. Marszałkowska 18 in Drezdenko; 3) performance, on the basis of the technical documentation attached to the SWZ, of a gas boiler room. 3. The completed subject of the contract is to be complete from the point of view of the purpose for which it is intended. 4. The detailed scope of the contract is specified by the functional-utility programme and the technical documentation, which are appendices to the SWZ.
