TENDER DESCRIPTION

Reconstruction together with thermal modernization of the OSP building in Chobio – STAGE I Reconstruction together with thermal modernization of the OSP building in Chobio – STAGE I 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of all necessary construction works enabling further operation in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Building Law regarding the task entitled “Reconstruction together with thermal modernization of the OSP building in Chobio”. The investment will be carried out in several independent stages. The subject matter of this contract is – STAGE I including the scope of the project documentation constituting an attachment to this Description of the Subject of the Contract. The subject matter of the contract for STAGE I includes at least:  demolition / removal of the basement in its entirety (by backfilling it) together with demolition of the floor/ceiling above the basement and lowering of the ground-floor floor (by executing a new one – at ground level).  demolition of external ramps, external staircases and “extensions” added to the main body of the building.  execution of new site development for the needs of the OSP building (driveways,…
