Renovation together with a change in the use of the gymnasium room into an equipment storage room 4.1 The subject of the contract is construction works as part of the task: Renovation together with a change in the use of the gymnasium room into an equipment storage room. 4.2 The subject matter of the task includes in particular: 1) enlarging the entrance opening and installing an industrial garage gate with entrance doors, 2) dismantling the existing wooden floor and making a concrete floor adapted to high loads, 3) repairing the roof covering: the existing roof covering made of polystyrene insulation board together with replacing sheet-metal flashings, installing a lightning protection system, 4) raising the parapet walls by 30.0 cm, 5) renovating the chimney, 6) renovating external plaster, 7) insulating the eastern elevation, 8) renovating perimeter walls of the site, 9) eliminating the outdoor steps, 10) repairing plaster and painting the building interior, 11) replacing window joinery, 12) making a new electrical installation together with lighting, 13) lighting of the area with a solar lamp, 14) securing the facility with monitoring (4 indoor cameras, 4 outdoor cameras and…
