The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works related to the reconstruction together with a change of use of part of the technical building into office premises in accordance with the design documentation, the scope of works (constituting Appendix No. 1.1 (list of prices (table of consolidated elements)) and the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works provided by the Contracting Authority along with the SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the conditions for its performance, and the Contractor’s obligations are set out in: the SWZ, attachments to the SWZ, clarifications and changes to the SWZ, and the designed provisions of the contract.
