TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part 1 – Renovation of a residential unit located in Leszno 64-100, at Przemysłowa 24, apartment no. 9: a) Demolition works: - dismantling of the door frame of the entrance internal door to the unit, - dismantling of the internal door in the bathroom, - demolition of the G-K partition wall on steel profiles, - dismantling the suspended ceiling in the bathroom. Note: it is necessary to check the suspended ceiling in the room with a kitchen annex in terms of fire resistance – required fire resistance. - dismantling of the sanitary installations and equipment, - dismantling of the PVC flooring, - breaking up the ceramic flooring in the bathroom and assessment of the condition of the horizontal waterproofing, - breaking up the ceramic wall cladding in the bathroom and the kitchen annex. b) General construction works: - construction of partition walls from G-K boards, - execution of single-layer gypsum plaster on walls made of G-K boards, - breaking up plaster in the area of the entrance door frame to the unit, - washing and scraping off old paint from existing walls, - priming old plaster, embedding a fiberglass mesh, - execution of double-layer gypsum plaster on walls and ceilings,…
