The contract timeline is structured around several key phases and durations:

• Total Duration for Order Realization: The minimum term for order realization is 90 calendar days, and the maximum term is 120 calendar days. This period is counted from the date the contract is signed.
• Key Milestones and Phases:
• Delivery of VR simulator for forensic inspections and securing traces: No later than 120 calendar days from the contract signing date.
• Delivery of VR simulator for eviction simulation: No later than 120 calendar days from the contract signing date.
• Delivery of equipment necessary for VR simulators: The deadline for delivering equipment for the VR simulator for forensic inspections, and for the VR simulators for the Judicial Enforcement Center (for eviction, auction, and bailiff seizures), as well as the VR simulators for bailiff auction simulations and bailiff seizures simulation, is to be specified in the offer, but not later than a certain number of calendar days from the contract signing date (the exact number of days for these specific deliveries is left blank in the document).
• Granting of indefinite license for VR software: To be specified in the offer, but not later than a certain number of calendar days from the contract signing date (the exact number of days is left blank).
• Implementation and Warranty Service for VR Software: 48 months from the date of signing the Acceptance Protocol for the respective simulator(s).

• Any defects are to be removed within 7 working days from notification, unless a longer period is agreed upon by the parties.
• Software updates will be made available within 21 days from their market release date.
• Payments for delivered simulators, confirmed by an Acceptance Protocol, are to be made within 30 days of the correctly issued invoice being received by the Ordering Party.
• The Ordering Party is obligated to perform acceptance within 14 working days from the date of notification of readiness for acceptance.
