TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of components for the production of digital radio nodes as part of the work carried out under the project entitled “National research infrastructure for the development of GNSS/ADS-B systems with particular emphasis on automatic detection of threats ŚWIATOWID”. 2. Detailed requirements regarding the subject matter of the contract form an integral part of the description of the subject matter of the contract and are included in Part IV of the SWZ, where, in accordance with the content of Article 99(6) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), the contracting authority indicated the criteria applied in order to assess equivalence. 3.
