The contract timeline is as follows:

• Contract Start Date: The day the agreement is concluded.
• Contract End Date: 17 months from the contract start date.
• Total Duration: 17 months.
• Key Milestones/Phases:
• The contractor must obtain FON (Final Operational Notification) within 17 months from the contract start date.
• A detailed Implementation Schedule, presented in MS Project and Gantt chart format, must be submitted to the Employer within 21 days from the contract start date. This schedule will further detail the Financial and Material Schedule.
• The Implementation Schedule is expected to include a chronological layout with start and end dates, along with the scope of various milestones.
• The Financial and Material Schedule (Appendix No. 6 to the Agreement) specifies the scope and deadlines for individual milestones.

The core scope of work for this tender is the comprehensive "turnkey" execution of construction and electrical works for the PV Stare Brynki photovoltaic installation, with a connection capacity and installed capacity of up to 9.03872 MW. This includes all necessary design works, with the exception of the supply of photovoltaic panels and inverters, which are provided by the investor; however, their placement and installation are the responsibility of the contractor. The project encompasses all tasks and obligations required to launch the Photovoltaic Installation, including conducting all necessary inspections and tests, obtaining all permits (including the Use Permit), and handing over the installation for commercial operation.

A high-level summary of the Statement of Work and core deliverables includes:

• Documentation and Design: Preparation of executive documentation, verification of the client's construction project, development of a replacement project and obtaining a replacement building permit if necessary, pre-design analyses and geotechnical documentation, BIOZ plan, road traffic organization project for the construction period, and waste management documentation. Design solutions must be adapted to the parameters of investor-supplied PV modules and inverters.
• Construction and Installation: Providing a construction site, performing geotechnical tests and pull-out tests for support structures, constructing access road networks, building support structures for PV panels, executing the connection to the power grid, and implementing complete low and medium voltage energy infrastructure as well as telecommunications infrastructure for the PV installation. This also involves the delivery, assembly, and commissioning of devices with a remote supervision and control system, as well as the assembly and commissioning of photovoltaic panels and inverters (provided by the investor). Further, it includes site preparation (e.g., land leveling, shrub removal), reconstruction of conflicting existing infrastructure, internal road systems, delivery and assembly of nN/SN transformer stations, and containers for spare PV modules, along with mechanical and alarm systems and monitoring.
• Commissioning and Handover: Acceptance of the photovoltaic installation, technical acceptance, preparation of post-startup documentation, obtaining the permission for use, and final acceptance of the project.
