TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is construction works consisting in the redevelopment and renovation of a multi-family residential building (tenement) at Królikarnia 14 Street in Gdańsk, including site development. 1. The subject of the Contract is to carry out: 1.1. construction works including the renovation and redevelopment of a multi-family residential building (tenement) at Królikarnia 14 Street in Gdańsk, including site development; 1.2. providing the Service of built-in installations and equipment; 1.3. providing the Greenery Care Service. 2. The Contractor shall report the completion of the works to the relevant authorities and obtain the necessary approvals and decisions. 3. The works will be carried out in Gdańsk on plot no. 288, precinct 100, which is owned by the Contracting Authority, and on plots no. 287 and 290, precinct 100, which are owned by the City of Gdańsk Municipality.
