TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the extension of the “Data Center” licence under the subscription model for Atlassian products, hereinafter referred to as “Software”, together with Technical Support or the supply of equivalent licences. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract. 3. The Contractor is required to perform the contract in accordance with the rules and conditions described in the Draft contractual provisions constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. 1.
