TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Contract name: Extension of technical support services and development of AZU application functionalities. 2. The subject of the contract is to perform services relating to the development of AZU functionalities in the ZSZT environment at the Ordering Party’s Locations, to provide Technical Support Services, and to provide Consulting Services, including*: 2.1. Performance of Programmer-Configuration Services, including the transfer of source code and the transfer of copyright-related economic rights and related rights to the source code, and the delivery of an installation package for the new version of AZU; 2.2. Performance of updates to the Post-Implementation Documentation, including the transfer of copyright-related economic rights to the updates to the Post-Implementation Documentation and related rights; 2.3.
