TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of the software manufacturer’s technical support for a period of 36 months for the Contracting Authority’s Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) software. The manufacturer’s technical support for the Software covered by this procedure constitutes a service commonly available on the market (Commercial off-the-shelf - COTS type). The subject matter of the contract does not include any installation or configuration work, and only involves extending the manufacturer’s support. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in the Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ), which constitutes Appendix No 1 to the SWZ, and in the Draft contractual provisions (PPU), which constitutes Appendix No 2 to the SWZ. 1.
