The subject of the contract is: An environmental review covering noise generated by the section of national road DK91 at km 481+800 - 482+400 on the western side and at km 482+256 to 482+586 on the eastern side of Katowicka Street in the locality of Wrzosowa, Poczesna commune. The contract includes: 1) Stage I including: - Carrying out noise measurements, together with accompanying measurements - Preparation of documentation titled: Environmental review; 2) Stage II including: - Obtaining and developing materials for the creation of a restricted-use area (including: a copy of the land registry map with the boundaries of the restricted-use area marked), if required. 2.
