TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the relocation of fixed recording devices 1.1. Relocation of fixed recording devices for average speed on a specified section of the road Unicam VELOCITY 3 in connection with road renovation and reconstruction. Changes are required in the control and measurement infrastructure and the devices must be installed in new locations. 2. The detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract has been set out in the SWZ, Part III – Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract, and in Part IV of the SWZ (PPU) and in the annexes to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority allows for a site visit. 4. The Contracting Authority does not allow for submission of partial tenders. 5. The Contracting Authority does not allow for submission of variant tenders. 6. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of using option rights. 7. The Contracting Authority does not require the submission, together with the tender, of material evidence referred to as such. 8.
