TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conducting an ex-ante audit of compensation in the Municipal Transport Company Łódź Ltd (Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacyjne Łódź Sp. z o.o.), consisting in determining the planned compensation for 2027 (...) 5.1. The subject of the contract is an audit of the forecast amount of compensation due for providing public services by the MPK – Łódź Company, planned for 2027, and performing the calculation of a reasonable profit in connection with the executive agreement number CUW-WE.263.2.1.2026, broken down into bus and tram communication, with regard to the planned number of vehicle-kilometres / passenger-vehicle-kilometres (wzkm/pckm). The determination of compensation should be carried out on the basis of source data made available by the MPK – Łódź Company regarding the planned tasks for 2027, taking into account the provisions contained in Annex No. 9 to the Delegation Agreement, i.e. “Methodology for calculating the compensation due for the provision of services, which will be made available to the selected Contractor after the conclusion of the Agreement.”
