TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is to carry out a study of the vocational and competency potential of employees in the mining industry. 2. The description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constitutes Appendix No 1D to the terms of reference (SWZ) and will be introduced as an appendix to the public procurement contract. 3. The terms for performing the contract are contained in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract—i.e. the contract template—and constitute Appendix No 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the contract template). 4. In accordance with the requirement laid down in Article 95 of the Act, the Contracting Authority specifies that it does not require the Contractor or subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing activities within the scope of contract performance involving performing work in the manner specified in Article 22(1) of the Act of 26 June 1974—the Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, items 277, 807, 1423 and 1661, and Journal of Laws of 2026, items 25 and 473.). 1.
