TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the Contract is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for the EC verification of the "Control - trackside devices" subsystem related to the GSM-R system, covering voice radio communication and radio data exchange, in accordance with the conditions specified in the ToR and in executive orders (for specified Areas) as a complete set of Contractor's activities resulting in obtaining the EC Verification Certificate for the commissioned Area. 2. The Contractor for the "Control - trackside devices" subsystem within the GSM-R system (in parts "Voice Radio Communication" and "Radio Data Exchange") is tasked with performing the following activities: 2.1.
