Carrying out an outdoor campaign titled “Lower Silesia. Time for the family” 1. The subject of the contract is to carry out an outdoor campaign titled “Lower Silesia. Time for the family” on a large-format mesh display, 1 piece. 2. The Contracting Authority specified a detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for its performance in the Draft Contract constituting, together with the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter: SOPZ), Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ. 3. In this procurement procedure, the Contracting Authority does not specify requirements regarding employment on the basis of an employment relationship, in circumstances referred to in Article 95 of the Pzp Act, and does not specify requirements regarding the employment of persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Pzp Act. 4.
