TENDER DESCRIPTION

Carrying out chimney sweeps inspections within the area of the Ostrow Mazowiecka Commune The subject of the contract involves providing chimney sweeps inspection services together with cleaning of chimney flues within the area of the Ostrow Mazowiecka Commune. The estimated quantity, which may change according to the rules set out in the draft agreement, is 180 residential buildings. The final remuneration will be determined on the basis of the product of the number of chimney inspections actually carried out. During the inspections, the chimney sweep will check the operability and tightness of the chimney installations, and then prepare a report on the inspection of the technical condition. The subject of the contract must be performed in compliance with the quality requirements specified in applicable legal provisions, in particular in the Act of 7 July 1994 – Construction Law and in the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 7 June 2010 on fire protection of buildings, other construction facilities and areas.
