TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conducting training: HDS Operator as part of the project “Modern Vocational Education in the Heart of Kashubia II” The subject of the contract is a training service entitled “Conducting training: HDS Operator as part of the project ‘Modern vocational education in the Heart of Kashubia II’”. The Contractor’s task will be to organize and deliver training in operation of portable and transportable cranes (HDS) and to prepare training participants for the qualifying exam. The course should be conducted in accordance with the Act on Technical Supervision of 21 December 2000 (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 252) and the Regulation of the Minister of Entrepreneurship and Technology of 21.05.2019 on the method and procedure for verifying qualifications required for operation and maintenance of technical devices and the method and procedure for extending the validity period of qualification certificates (Journal of Laws 2019, item 1008).
