TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part 1 – Psychological support for children and parents – The subject of the contract is classes of an individual nature, e.g. 1 child/parent, or in a group, e.g. family counselling, provided for at least two days per week, between 13:00 and 17:00, from the date of signing the contract until 18.12.2026. Number of hours – 125. Conditions for participation in the procedure, continued: b) Vocational qualifications and experience of persons designated by the contractor to perform the contract The contractor will meet this condition if it demonstrates that it has or will have the following persons: Instructor/trainer – 1 person For task no. 1 (part 1): Qualifications: The person designated to perform the contract must: - meet the requirements specified in Article 26(2) of the Act of 9 June 2011 on supporting the family and the foster care system, to the extent applicable to a person working with children in a day-support facility, - meet the requirements specified in Article 26(1)(3) of the Act of 9 June 2011 on supporting the family and the foster care system, i.e. the right to practise the profession of a psychologist as understood in the Act of 23 January 2026 on the profession of…
