TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the supply and buy-back of electricity in accordance with applicable regulations, quality standards of the PE Act, and implementing provisions, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 22 March 2023 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system for entity consumption points participating in the procedure, the list of which is included in the Specification of Contract Terms.
