TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the supply and purchase-back of electricity in accordance with applicable regulations, quality standards of the Electricity Law (PE), and implementing regulations, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 22 March 2023 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the electricity system for the subject supply points participating in the procedure, for which a list is provided in the Terms of Reference (Specyfikacja Warunków Zamówienia).
