TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from residential and non-residential properties located within the area of the City and Municipality of Sobków from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028 The subject of the contract is a service consisting in collecting and managing (recovery or disposal) the entire quantity of municipal waste: a) from the owners of residential properties; b) from the owners of non-residential properties, including from public utility areas, i.e. organizational units, and facilities of the City and Municipality of Sobków; c) from the owners of properties where summer cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes are located, d) from the Waste Selective Collection Point in Sobków; e) from bus stops where street bins are installed. The municipal waste collection system does not include waste generated as a result of conducting business and agricultural activities, and waste originating from cemeteries.
