TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract includes processing bulky waste and waste electrical and electronic equipment with the codes 16 01 03, 20 03 07, 20 01 23*, 20 01 33, 20 01 34, 20 01 35*, 20 01 36 collected from owners of residential properties located in Sector I, stored at the place where waste is collected at the properties. Estimated quantity of waste: 220 Mg; 2. The Contracting Authority requires that waste processing services (respectively for the task) are performed in: recovery installation referred to in Article 38(b) of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste, and the Contractor has, for that installation, a decision of the competent authority including permission to process waste with the codes 16 01 03, 20 03 07, 20 01 23*, 20 01 33, 20 01 34, 20 01 35*, 20 01 36, at least during the period from 02.01.2027 to 31.12.2027; or entered into an agreement with an entity operating such an installation, the subject of which is waste processing with the codes 16 01 03, 20 03 07, 20 01 23*, 20 01 33, 20 01 34, 20 01 35*, 20 01 36 for at least the period from 02.01.2027 to 31.12.2027, and the entity operating that installation has, for it, a decision of the competent authority…
